I founded PBA Group back in 2001 after many years of operating as a sole trader in the form of P Baker & Associates. I was admitted as a member of the Institute of chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) in 1989 and have worked in the accounting profession all of my adult life.
I am responsible for managing a client base into the thousands and assisting them with specialist tax planning, general and specific advice, along with strategic business growth planning.
In my spare time I enjoy fine dining and the theatre.
I joined the practice in 2007 and became partner two years later.
I began my career in accountancy with a well respected practice in Benfleet, Essex and have continued to build on my knowledge over the past fifteen years.
Like Paul I am responsible for managing a client base into the thousands and assisting them with specialist tax planning, general and specific advice, along with strategic business growth planning.
I specialise in helping start up businesses and feel that I can add great value in solving the problems small businesses face in the day to day running of their companies, as well as working closely with all my clients to help run their business more efficiently.
In my spare time I enjoy football, both playing and watching along with tennis.
I have returned to PBA Group after a five years of mastering my trade and gaining experience with multiple firms..
I am responsible for managing a portfolio of well over three hundred clients with a mixture of sole traders, partnerships and limited companies under my control. I have a wealth of experience and believe this is invaluable to the younger members of the group.
In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family and walking my dog.
Our initial aim is to meet our clients to gather an understanding of how your business works; this helps us provide advice on your future plans. We plan to build upon our success and expand our range of services, whilst maintaining a personalised professional service. We look forward to maintaining our good relationships with our existing client base and building new ones with those clients we are yet to meet.
